Hello, I’m Gyuwon Park, an master student at Pohang University of Science and Technology (POSTECH), advised by Hyounghun Kim.

During my undergraduate years (at UNIST), I have mainly worked on projects and research related to Language Modeling (LM). Through these experiences, I have come to believe in the practical power of LMs to address diverse real-world problems. Participating in both academic research and product development, I have witnessed how language models can transform the way we understand and solve complex tasks.

Beyond technical contributions, I pursue a broader vision: tackling societal and human-centered challenges with AI. I am particularly interested in making AI systems more human-like in terms of perception and reasoning, and in addressing the challenges that arise from the complexity of multi-cross modality. My goal is to explore how LMs—and AI more generally—can evolve into systems that align more closely with human values, understanding, and creativity.
